Flamingos’ feeding

Science news published a note about my participation at SICB2023 on flamingo’s feeding hydrodynamics. Briefly, we discovered that flamingos produce complex vortical structures by using their specialized beak, long neck and legs, which boost their incredible filter-feeding.
